Also, if the courier can't safely deliver because of loose dogs or nowhere to leave your parcel, it'll come back to us (sad times), which means delays and extra freight charges.

Returns & refunds

We process refunds using the original form of payment.
Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

Sustainability
Yes, our pouches can be recycled through New Zealand's Soft Plastic Recycling Scheme. You'll find collection bins at many New World supermarkets and other participating locations.
They're then turned into products like fence posts and building materials.
