All prices are exclusive of GST and freight, which is calculated at checkout.

We currently ship within New Zealand only. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and sent via tracked courier.

  • Christchurch region: Free delivery on bulk boxes and 12-bottle orders.
  • Nationwide: Flat $9 delivery fee on bulk boxes and 12-bottle orders.
  • Standard 6-packs: Freight calculated at checkout based on location.

    We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order’s on its way.

Returns & Refunds

We take great care packing every order, but if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please contact neil@whistlingbuoy.co.nz within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll replace or refund as appropriate. Please note, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or opened products (tempting as they may be).
