The Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Vino by Whistling Buoy Wine
Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over only.
Employees of Vino, Whistling Buoy Wines, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Entry is subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Competition Period
The competition runs from 12 November 2025 until 31 January 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside this time will not be accepted.
How to Enter
Participants can earn entries in the following ways:
- Follow Vino on Instagram or Facebook – 1 entry
- Sign up to the Vino VIP database – 5 entries
- Purchase any Vino product (online or in-store) – 10 entries
- Entrants may enter multiple times. Each eligible action counts as an entry.
The Prize
- The prize is a The Vino Kit
- Total prize value: $500 NZD
- The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Vino reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if required.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on 5 February 2026.
The winner will be notified via email or social media direct message within 5 working days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
Verification
Vino reserves the right to verify entries and request proof of identity, age, or purchase (for purchase-based entries).
Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.
Privacy
By entering, participants agree to receive occasional email updates from Vino. Personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with Vino’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.
General Conditions
Vino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.
Entry constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
By participating, entrants release Meta of any responsibility related to this competition.

Terms and Conditions for Purchases
By purchasing products via the Vino Website you both agree and are bound by the terms and conditions listed on this web page. These terms and conditions may be amended by VINO LTD at any time by posting amended or new terms on this website.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect and honour the privacy of our customers. We will not at any stage sell or rent your personal information to any third parties. If you agree to sign up to our wine club or mailing list; your details will be added to our database to receive updated information. Any personal details collected by Vino are stored in a private database that will only be used to support your customer relationship with us.
SALE OF LIQUOR ACT
Vino is a New Zealand owned off license as defined in New Zealand’s Sale of Liquor Act and is legally authorised to promote, sell and deliver wine via online or mail order. It is illegal for Vino to sell liquor to any persons under the age of 18. It is also illegal for anyone to purchase alcohol who is under 18 and to make a false declaration of their age in order to purchase liquor. It is against the law to use this website to purchase liquor if you are under the age of 18.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Vino will make every effort to ensure that your purchases are not faulty or defective. Under the Consumers Guarantees Act we will replace goods that are not of merchantable quality. If you are not satisfied in regards to your purchase(s) please feel free to contact us at +64 (03) 445 0897.
PAYMENT POLICY
Vino accepts all payments via PayPal. As a New Zealand owned organisation all payments are made in New Zealand dollars, inclusive of 15% GST. The name that will appear on your statement will be Vino.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Vino does not retain any credit card information provided by our customers. All payments are done securely through our bank and payment provider. Our payment providers are committed to data security and use a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorised access.
DELIVERY TIMES
Vino will aim to deliver all purchases within two to five working days. Purchases can be made internationally however an additional cost will be incurred. For more information on these additional costs please contact us on +64 (03) 445 0897.
AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 18 years or older.
ORDERING & MINIMUM QUANTITIES
Our online store focuses on 6-packs and bulk boxes for ease of shipping. Bulk boxes (24 pouches) are also available upon request.
